Dakheel is the co-founding partner of the Saudi Group for Accounting, Auditing, and Consultancy. He began the establishment of the Saudi Group for Accounting and Auditing in 1982 in partnership with co-founder Abdulaziz Al-Jasser. Dakheel provides guidance and supervision to over 70 auditors and professional advisors with extensive experience in auditing, consulting, and taxation.

Dakheel has undertaken numerous governmental and commercial assignments, including advising on business practices and compliance in Saudi Arabia. This includes economic feasibility studies, designing administrative structures and documented workflows, accounting and auditing for companies listed with the Capital Market Authority, supervising the establishment of charitable associations, compliance arrangements for business sectors, family companies, and restructuring and financial organization for troubled companies.

Dakheel held several positions with Arthur Andersen in the United States and was a key member of large companies at the time in the United States. He also worked at the Industrial Development Fund in 1977 as a chief accountant in the financial management department. Dakheel supervised many large, medium, and small companies in various sectors including contracting, construction, services, communications, and information systems. He worked on various complex legal issues related to accounting. His expertise includes advising multinational companies and major family businesses in Saudi Arabia on accounting aspects of crisis management, internal auditing, risk management, strategic planning, and business sustainability.

Dakheel is one of the founding leaders of the Saudi Group for Accounting and Auditing, heading a company with over 40 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and consultancy both locally and internationally.
